
Student Paper Contest
For the third consecutive year at the Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems, a
student paper contest will take place. The objective of this contest is to give students
due recognition and encouragement by both the Symposium and CAS Society. A student paper
is defined as a paper whose prime author is a student who has performed the majority of
the work. All papers which were submitted and designated for the student paper contest
went through the normal review process. Seven finalist papers were
selected from the accepted ones. These papers will be presented in a special session on
Monday, August 9th in the morning. The papers will be judged based on both content and
presentation. The prizes are:
The prizes will be awarded at the Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, August 10th. If you want your paper to be considered for the student paper contest, send an email message to djuro@edison.nmhu.edu indicating your paper ID before June 25, 1999. |
